About The Position

Glatfelter Claims Management, a division of Glatfelter Insurance Group, is seeking a Summer Intern who will work closely with our Claims Operations team to support various 2026 claims initiatives. The intern will also work closely with our claims training manager to support various elements of the trainee program. The role will be given opportunities to work with the various line of business across the claims department (1st party, 3rd party, A&S, etc.). Through our internship process, Glatfelter continues our proud tradition of community involvement. Our summer interns will be immersed in corporate culture, included in shadowing and networking events, and enriched through career development seminars.

Requirements

• Individuals interested who are pursuing a career in claims and would have an interest in applying for a future claims trainee position are strongly encouraged to apply
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university
• Someone who has the ability to work 30 hours per week at our York office location, starting May 18, 2026 to Aug 7, 2026
• Someone who is looking for a career in Insurance is preferred
