As our Claims Service Representative on the Business Insurance Claims team, you’ll be the key connector between clients, service staff, and insurance carriers. You’ll handle claim information processing, guide clients through reporting procedures, and keep claims moving smoothly from start to finish. You’ll also support our Claims Consultants by providing timely status updates, preparing reports, and helping resolve client questions. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help ensure a seamless, efficient claims experience for everyone involved. Our future colleague. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: 1+ years of experience processing and managing insurance claims with accuracy Strong communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with internal teams Ability to maintain detailed and organized claim documentation Proficiency with software systems, including Excel Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently Commitment to timeliness and quality in client service and data integrity These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with insurance coverage terms and claims strategy Previous experience supporting claims consultants or managers We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience processing and managing insurance claims with accuracy
• Strong communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with internal teams
