About The Position

Repwest Insurance Company is seeking a Part Time Summer Help Claims Service Representative for its Claims Reporting Unit (CRU). The CRU is responsible for setting up new claims for U-Haul Storage, U-Haul Equipment, Commercial Policy Holders, and Managing General Agencies. Additionally, the CRU provides support functions for Repwest Field Claims Offices, the Commercial Claims Unit, the Subrogation Unit, and the Equipment Damage Unit. The role involves answering inbound calls and entering information into a PC-based program. This is a fully onsite position at the corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ, operating in a fast-paced environment with hours varying from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. U-Haul, founded in 1945, serves do-it-yourself movers by providing one-way, nationwide moving equipment, a concept born out of the post-World War II need for accessible moving solutions.

Requirements

• Customer service background
• HS Diploma
• General clerical experience
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Willing to accommodate fluctuating schedules
• Willing to accommodate the occasional holiday

Nice To Haves

• Able to type 30+ wpm
• Claims or insurance experience
