About The Position

At Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh company, we build trucks that protect people and communities around the world. Since 1913, the company has evolved from building truck bodies on Model T Ford chassis to creating highly customized, carefully designed and engineered pumpers, aerials, tankers, and rescue units. There are a limited number of positions available on varying shifts for employment during summer break, at an hourly rate of $16.00 per hour. Selection criteria include the length of service of the parent, who must be a current Pierce or Airport Products team member. Only two children are eligible per parent unless demand exceeds applicants, with the first child hired based on parent’s seniority and the second based on position availability. Applicants must be 18 years of age as of June 1, 2026. The pay range for the position is $32,000.00 - $48,000.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target pay across all U.S. locations, with individual pay determined by factors like role scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and pay equity.
