Start your journey with us Headquarters Claims Operations is currently seeking Claims Ops Regulatory Analyst to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations in the Claims Financial unit. The pay range for this position is $19.00- $20.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance. Responsibilities

  • run- TIN match in the IRS system
  • update BP information in CMS and Claim Center
  • resolving uncashed checks
  • approving Positive Pay
  • assigning check stock
  • log Claims Recovery Checks
  • process Pay Runs
  • contact vendors
  • prepare Escheat/W9 letters for mailing
  • maintain documentation on business processes
  • provide customer support by answering Claims Financials inquires
