About The Position

The position provides administrative and clerical support for the MSO Teams. Job Essentials Open and sort mail from the US postal service and upload electronic images for task assignment. Scan and task refund checks and monitor tracking spreadsheet. Scan and upload claims and correspondence received. Print and prepare letters and misdirected documents for mailing. Create letters and tasks for medical review. Assist Examiners with special handling of claims. Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions. Projects as assigned to support teams. Customer service calls and less complex claims processing. Maintains the minimum accuracy standard and follows up timely to meet compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated focus on positive customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • One year experience in a clerical capacity.
  • One year in a customer focused setting.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting.
