The Claims & Compliance Coordinator plays a critical support role within Edge Logistics’ Claims & Compliance department. This position is primarily focused on cargo claims support, including intake, documentation, follow-up, and coordination with internal teams, carriers, and insurers to ensure claims are handled accurately, timely, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Secondarily, the role supports carrier compliance and vetting activities, including insurance verification, documentation audits, and risk reviews. This is a developing role designed to grow over time, offering exposure to claims management, carrier risk, fraud prevention, and transportation compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, coachable, professional in communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment with evolving processes.
