This team takes a disciplined, financially sustainable, and hands-on approach. The core responsibility of the Claims Coordinator position is to support the insured in their efforts to report new claims, create a record of the reported claims, and assist with inquiries regarding existing claims. Secondarily, the Claims Coordinator supports administrative needs of the claims department.
