About The Position

Paradigm is seeking a Claims Contract Attorney to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. We are seeking attorneys to join a project team with an immediate focus on product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. This role involves critical responsibilities in claim analysis, addressing complex inquiries, and delivering exceptional client service. Type: 6-month contract Location: Remote, USA (hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm) Benefits: Paradigm offers medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and sick days. Requirements

JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Litigation experience preferred
Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
Attention to detail
Customer service approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word products as well as Smart sheets is required.

Responsibilities

Analyze claim documents thoroughly and accurately.
Prepare detailed responses to complex written inquiries from claimants and their counsel.
Address complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel with professionalism and precision.
Provide "best-in-class" customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and work quality.
