About The Position

At Montana State Fund (MSF), we are Montanans serving Montanans. As a Claims Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality claims service to injured employees, policyholders, and medical providers. Your work ensures that Claims Examiners have the accurate information, organized documentation, and administrative support they need to make timely, informed decisions.

This is a role for someone who values accuracy, service, and teamwork. You will gather essential claim information, maintain detailed records, and serve as a key point of contact for customers seeking updates or assistance. In some cases, you may also manage a caseload of auto‑adjudicated claims, applying MSF best claim practices with care and consistency.
