About The Position

At Parmele Disability Advocates, we help individuals secure the Social Security benefits they deserve. As a Claim Status Representative, you’ll play a key role in keeping cases moving forward and making a real impact on people’s lives every day.

No prior experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a clear path for success.

In this role, you’ll act as a critical link between our team and the Social Security Administration (SSA), ensuring cases are accurate, up to date, and progressing efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between our firm and the SSA
• Track and verify claim statuses
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in case records
• Monitor deadlines and prepare correspondence
• Maintain accurate and organized case documentation
• Support administrative and case management tasks as needed
