We are seeking a full-time Claim Status Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital connection between the Social Security Administration (SSA) and our organization, ensuring accurate case updates and maintaining efficient case management. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the firm and the Social Security Administration (SSA)
  • Track and verify case statuses, ensuring accurate updates
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between firm records and SSA data
  • Monitor deadlines and prepare necessary correspondence
  • Accurately review, document, and update case files in the system
  • Perform general administrative duties to support case management
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to serve firm and client interests
