In this role, you’ll act as a critical link between our team and the Social Security Administration (SSA), ensuring cases are accurate, up to date, and progressing efficiently. Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between our firm and the SSA
• Track and verify claim statuses
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in case records
• Monitor deadlines and prepare correspondence
• Maintain accurate and organized case documentation
• Support administrative and case management tasks as needed
