About The Position

As a Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing site development and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports for highways, roadways, and site developments. Your expertise in road and/or site design and experience working with local municipalities and state DOTs will be instrumental in ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of experience for Civil Engineer performing roadway design and/or site design
• Experience level of 3+ years.
• Bentley ORD experience/proficiency and/or Civil3D experience/proficiency.
• Microsoft Office productivity software.
• Must be able to comply with all client and industry safety requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify technical issues.

Nice To Haves

• PE license
• AutoDesk Civil 3D, Bentley GeoPak, InRoads, or OpenRoads (ORD) experience
• Hydraulics Analysis
