Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 (five years) of experience in project development preferably renewables and battery energy storage (BESS)
- Development experience in PJM, NYISO, and/or ISO-NE
- Successful track record of developing projects from inception through COD
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to self-direct, flexibility, creativity, desire to grow into additional responsibilities
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in the United States is a requirement.

Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering of projects, including sourcing and selecting of key contractors
- Lead identification of local, state and/or federal permits pertaining to siting and setbacks
- Generating site layouts for multiple BESS technology options based on OEM documentation and local requirements
- Support development activities in early, mid, and late stages of the project
- Support acquisition of civil-related local, state, and/or federal permits as required
- Generation, review, and possible stamping of drawings as applicable
