Issue One is helping lead the fight to protect American democracy in 2026 through our Check the Exec campaign, a comprehensive effort to educate, organize, and activate bipartisan constituencies against democratic backsliding. This campaign combines grassroots networking, grasstops power-building, narrative change, and Capitol Hill advocacy to restore critical checks and balances. The Hill component of this campaign (We the People Playbook) is a bipartisan platform to reclaim core constitutional powers that have been abdicated by Congress. Position The Citizen Engagement Digital Manager leads strategic digital organizing efforts that strengthen supporter engagement and drive measurable campaign impact. This role is responsible for designing and executing digital strategies that mobilize supporters, grow online communities, and convert engagement into action across Issue One’s campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong organizing instincts, advanced digital skills, and a passion for community-driven campaigns. This role works closely with the Campaigns, Communications, Development, and Advocacy teams to ensure digital organizing is aligned with organizational priorities and campaign goals.
