About The Position

St. John Fisher University is an independent, liberal arts institution that provides a transformative education to approximately 3,800 undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students each year. Requirements

High school diploma
2-3 years directly related experience desired (library or customer service)
Customer service ability and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work positively and productively in a team oriented, fast paced changing environment
Capacity to interact professionally with the public and to work as a team member with other employees
Supervisory experience (training and monitoring others' work)
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Ability to be flexible and handle frequent interruptions
Strong Attention to detail
Punctuality
Ability to work night and weekend hours until closing, with flexibility for daytime hours and availability for emergency backup support
Ability to think clearly amid changing priorities and circumstances.
Maintain professional attitude and demeanor in difficult situations.
Ability to multitask in a very busy work environment.
