About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Circuit Support Specialist to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities Establish and govern enterprise circuit architecture standards, provisioning frameworks, performance criteria, and decommissioning protocols across NIPR/SIPR and hybrid/cloud environments. Serve as technical authority for complex multi‑provider circuit design, carrier strategy, SLA risk adjudication, and escalation resolution. Advise senior leadership on capacity planning, redundancy/diversity strategies, modernization roadmaps, and cost/performance tradeoffs. Oversee enterprise circuit performance analytics, resilience planning, dependency mapping, and identification of systemic risks and optimization opportunities. Ensure circuit services integrate with network architecture, cybersecurity controls (RMF/STIG considerations), and mission systems to meet compliance and operational requirements. Lead development of enterprise reporting models, SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor availability, latency, capacity, and SLA adherence. Coordinate with NOC, engineering, SOC, vendors, DISA/NETCOM, and program stakeholders to validate designs, approve complex changes, and manage high‑impact incidents.
