Franklin Road Academy is seeking an experienced Choir Director for grades 5-12 and AP Music Theory teacher who will inspire and support our students and be an active participant in our vibrant learning community. This individual should be committed to their own personal and professional growth and be passionate about helping all students progress in the performing arts. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring educator with a strong background in vocal education and a passion for developing confident, skilled student performers across both middle school and upper school divisions. The fine arts department holds regular meetings to share best practices and foster a collegial atmosphere that promotes growth and development among its members. All candidates should desire to be a part of a collaborative faculty that resonates with FRA's mission to inspire learning and develop leaders of integrity and purpose in an inclusive Christian community. Community life is a huge part of FRA, as teachers regularly attend games, recitals, and other campus events outside the classroom. All teachers at FRA are advisors of groups of 8-10 students that meet for 20 minutes daily, and teachers are strongly encouraged to integrate themselves into the school community.
