About The Position
The Children Services Program Manager oversees daily operations to ensure compliance with all licensing and funding regulations. This role manages staff and contracted workers, ensures safe and effective service delivery for children and families, and upholds the agency's Mission, Vision, and Values. Key responsibilities include program operations, personnel coordination, quality assurance, and health and safety practices, along with other duties as assigned.
