About The Position

Children Services Program Manager Location: New Albany, IN Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Rauch, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, energetic Children Services Program Manager to lead programs that support children and families in our community. This role oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with licensing and funding requirements, and supports a positive, family-centered environment. The Program Manager will supervise staff, coordinate contracted workers, and help shape high-quality childhood programming—including camp and enrichment services. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, mentoring a team, and creating environments where children can grow and thrive. Ideal candidates bring experience in child development or family services and hold strong organizational and leadership skills. Training will be provided.
