About The Position

Angie's Angels is to hire a full-time Children's Cook. The primary function of this position is to assist the Director Operations of a kitchen facility; to develop and prepare menus and large quantities of food items on a day to day basis that follows the CACFP Standards and Guidelines. The major objective of this position is to keep Food Service Department running effectively and allow the director to focus on food nutrients and menu planning.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations
• Food Preparation
• Food Purchasing
• Verifying portion of the size of servings daily
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of foods and supplies weekly
• Oversee and assists in the preparation of food in large quantities daily.
• Ensure quantity and quality of food production and service.
