About The Position

Morrison Center is seeking a Children's Care Coordinator, in Brewer Maine . This Care Coordinator will help to manage the clients' appointments, education support, and transportation needs, as well as coordinate and facilitate team meetings. The Care Coordinator will also attend home visits, doctors' appointments and family team meetings. Morrison Center is a private, non-profit organization whose mission is to provide comprehensive, individualized support services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any field
• 1+ year in Children's Services or 2 + years in social services preferred
• Case Management experience is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong organizational and writing skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Monday - Friday 8 hours a day in Brewer, Maine
• 25 - 30 clients

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year in Children's Services or 2 + years in social services preferred
• Case Management experience is preferred
