In the role of a Technical Brewer working in Fort Worth, TX you will oversee the end to end technical brewing processes to ensure system integrity, capability, and consistent product quality. You will drive cost effective production by maximizing operational efficiency and applying WCSC Pillars to support continuous performance improvement. You will ensure adherence to GoverIT requirements and maintain responsibility for the brewery’s product taste profile in alignment with the Molson Coors Taste System (MCTS). The role supports key initiatives in productivity, waste reduction (including Total Extract Loss and Work in Process), process optimization, and the technical development of brewing personnel. As the primary communication link between the Brewing Manager, Quality Manager, and corporate Brewing, Quality, Technical, and Packaging Services teams, you will help advance brewing technologies, processes, and equipment upgrades or replacements. You will also support the NPP process for new product development and facilitate local knowledge transfer. This role carries critical responsibility for the safety and quality of all products by providing governance and guidance across procedures, standards, regulations, policies, programs, and all related Molson Coors guidelines. This position reports to Sr. Manager Operations-Brewing and works cross functionally with other departments across the organization in Supply Chain and Operations.
