Child Support Manager

About The Position

The Manager oversees the Case Initiation, Mail Processing, and New Hire Employer Verification teams. The Manager works with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives. This role also reports on metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous management experience required, 5 years preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of child support experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with all internal and external requirements, program business rules, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Oversees the quality and timeliness of contractually required reports and deliverables.
  • Participates with project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans.
  • Analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiencies.
  • Identifies potential problem areas, recommends solutions, and works closely and cooperatively with the client to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
  • Provides direction to team members and resolves problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assists in creation and implementation of innovative methodologies, process improvements, and corrective action plans to continually streamline and improve project operations, outcomes, and quality.

  • Other duties as assigned
