About The Position

DaBella is a rapidly growing home-improvement company operating across dozens of markets nationwide. We scale fast, operate at high volume, and rely heavily on technology to power sales, marketing and operations. As we continue to grow, we’re investing in our technology to build systems that scale, stabilize, and support the business long-term. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will own and lead DaBella’s technology strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring our technological ecosystem is reliable, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes. You’ll oversee IT operations, enterprise applications, and data & analytics, while building and leading a high-performing technology organization. This is a hands-on executive role for a leader who thrives in growth environments, can bring structure to complexity, and knows how to turn technology into a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Senior technology leadership experience (CTO, VP of Technology, or similar) in a growing, multi-location organization
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and reporting, including data governance and single sources of truth
  • Proven success leading IT operations, enterprise applications, and data/analytics
  • Strong command of IT operations and infrastructure, including networks, devices, cloud platforms, system reliability, and security
  • A servant leader who is comfortable making hard calls, setting clear direction, and rolling up their sleeves to get hands-on when needed

Responsibilities

  • Own DaBella’s overall technology roadmap, ensuring systems support current operations and future scale
  • Turn business goals into decisive, executable technological initiatives, knowing when to move fast and when to invest in durable, long-term solutions
  • Lead all IT operations including infrastructure, networks, devices, security, and support
  • Ensure high system uptime, performance, and reliability across all locations
  • Strengthen cybersecurity posture, risk management, and data protection practices
  • Oversee enterprise applications (including Salesforce), ensuring integrations are intentional, scalable, well-documented, and aligned to business needs
  • Partner closely with functional leaders to ensure tools actually serve the business—not slow it down
  • Build and lead a data and analytics function that delivers fast, reliable insights through strong governance, standardized reporting, and clear sources of truth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT, applications, and data organization with scalable structures designed to support continued growth
  • Develop leaders within the organization—not just individual contributors
