About The Position

As a Chief Revenue Officer, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, driving revenue growth for our company. Operating at the forefront of revenue leadership, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive revenue generation strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a deep understanding of complex technology solutions, experience in sales in multiple markets, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of driving revenue growth, with experience selling complex technology solutions to large organizations.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to achieve high performance and growth.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity technologies, particularly data security, obfuscation, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Relationship Building: Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and enterprise customers.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align sales initiatives with broader business goals, while adapting to changing market conditions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create revenue plans - partner with senior leadership to build and execute strategies to achieve the corporate revenue objectives
• Grow revenue for the company – establish and manage a reliable revenue pipeline that aligns with company objectives, while maintaining high standards for performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating departments
• Lead the sales team - act as player/coach by developing and closing sales opportunities while managing and supporting the sales team’s efforts to do the same
• Engage with customers - remain connected with customers to drive high retention rates and ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement cycles
• Establish key partnerships - help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
