Your Impact As a Chief Program Officer on our team, you'll be driving innovative clinical and educational programming.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or related behavioral field
  • Minimum five year of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (CMS, Joint Commission, State Licensing)
  • Commitment to completing CPR and Handle with Care Training within 30 days

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in child and adolescent psychiatric residential treatment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams including nursing and clinical services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical, educational, and therapeutic programs, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
  • Lead the development of evidence-based programming for vital initiatives, including our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility and Neurodivergence Program
  • Foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Champion quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Mentor and develop program leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Contribute to budget planning and ensure operational efficiency while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for residents.
