About The Position
About the Role We are partnering with a high-growth, product-led technology company that is focused on scaling its product organization and strengthening long-term product strategy. The Chief Product Officer will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for product vision, roadmap ownership, and execution across the product organization. This leader will work closely with the CEO, CTO, and go-to-market leadership to ensure product decisions align with business priorities and customer needs. This role is ideal for a senior product leader who has built and scaled product teams and understands how to balance strategy, execution, and customer impact.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a CPO, VP Product, or senior product leader
- Strong background in product management within technology companies
- Proven ability to lead senior product managers and leaders
- Experience operating in growth-stage or complex organizations
- Strong strategic thinking combined with executional rigor
- Clear communicator who can align stakeholders around product direction
Responsibilities
- Define and own the companys product vision and long-term roadmap
- Lead and scale product management and product operations teams
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market leadership
- Ensure strong discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes
- Translate customer and market insights into product strategy
- Build strong product culture, talent standards, and leadership development
- Represent product strategy to executive leadership and the board as needed
