About The Position

Shred Vault LLC is an early‑stage, rapidly growing company providing secure, traceable and environmentally friendly document destruction options to consumers and businesses. We are looking for a hands‑on Chief Product Officer (CPO) who enjoys building as much as leading. You will collaborate with the executive team to define, align, and execute overall company strategy in support of long-term growth objectives. This is a player‑coach role. You will define product strategy while personally driving roadmap development, product decisions, and launches.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmaps across consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) product lines
• Lead key product initiatives from concept through launch
• Roll up your sleeves. As part of a small team, you will be filling many positions across strategy, planning, and execution. Along the way you will be helping build out a team, mentoring and scaling Shred Vault’s product capability
• Partner closely with Shred Vault’s engineering organization to coordinate timelines and align resources for priorities, scope, and delivery
• Lead product positioning, launches, and performance measurement
• Manage and develop intellectual property with legal counsel
• Use data to guide decisions and continuously improve product outcomes, including evolving business intelligence and reporting
