We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Products team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in New York, Boston, Atlanta or Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for driving global revenue growth and market expansion across all customer-facing functions. This includes sales, pricing, global commercial partnerships, go-to-market strategy, customer success, and commercial operations. The CCO will translate product innovation into scalable commercial outcomes, align regional execution with global strategy, and build a high-performance product revenue organization across mature and growth markets.
