Our mission is to empower members to lead healthy and meaningful lives by integrating physical and behavioral healthcare with community-based support. Through in-person and virtual engagement, our interdisciplinary teams of nurses, clinicians, and peer coaches partner with members to navigate housing, transportation, psychosocial rehabilitation, and other essential services. Our technology-enabled infrastructure, built by our internal engineering and design teams, supports scalable care delivery, performance visibility, and continuous quality improvement. Vanna Health is seeking a mission-driven, execution-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a core member of the executive leadership team. The COO will own enterprise operations, quality, and performance strategy, ensuring consistent, compliant, and scalable delivery of Vanna’s care model across markets. This executive will translate organizational strategy into measurable operational outcomes—driving HEDIS performance, continuity of care metrics, workforce accountability, enrollment and engagement performance, unit economics, and enterprise-wide operating infrastructure. The COO will build the governance, systems, and operating cadence required to support sustainable growth while demonstrating clear value to members and payer partners. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and disciplined operator who understands healthcare delivery, value-based performance, and the rigor required to build a durable business model in complex care environments.
