The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all day-to-day operations across North Shore Community Health (NSCH), including direct responsibility for Operations, Compliance and Privacy, Emergency Preparedness, Project Management, Patient Experience, Safety & Security, and Operations Strategy. The COO also serves as the organization’s Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer, providing executive leadership in regulatory compliance, privacy oversight, data security, and risk mitigation. Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the COO is a core member of the Leadership Team and serves as a strategic thought partner in advancing the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This position plays a critical role in aligning strategic and operational objectives, ensuring that all departments and service lines function cohesively to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
