About The Position

We are representing a private equity–backed restoration platform seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale a multi -state, multi -location operation approaching $100M in annual revenue. This is a high -velocity, performance -driven environment with active M&A initiatives underway. The COO will be responsible for operational integration, scalability, financial discipline, and infrastructure buildout across multiple brick -and -mortar locations. The right candidate understands the pace, complexity, and accountability required at this level. This role is not designed for a strong regional operator stepping up for the first time. It requires experience operating within a multi -location brand where reporting cadence, EBITDA discipline, and integration timelines are non -negotiable. Relocation to Dallas, Texas is required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating within a multi -location, multi -state organization
  • Experience within a $75M–$150M+ revenue environment preferred
  • Direct exposure to private equity–backed environments strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated involvement in acquisition integration and scaling initiatives
  • Strong financial acumen with clear EBITDA and margin accountability
  • Stable executive -level career progression
  • Ability to operate decisively in high -growth, performance -driven settings

Nice To Haves

  • Restoration industry experience is strongly preferred, though adjacent multi -location service platforms may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day -to -day operations across multiple states and locations
  • Drive operational standardization, KPIs, and accountability across the platform
  • Align field operations, reconstruction, mitigation, sales, and support functions
  • Establish scalable systems to support continued growth
  • Partner with executive leadership and PE sponsors during acquisition cycles
  • Lead post -acquisition integration across systems, reporting, and culture
  • Identify operational synergies and cost efficiencies
  • Support geographic expansion strategy
  • Drive EBITDA performance and margin improvement initiatives
  • Implement disciplined reporting and forecasting processes
  • Align operational execution with financial objectives
  • Ensure infrastructure supports a $100M+ revenue platform
  • Lead and develop regional and divisional leadership teams
  • Build accountability frameworks across multi -location teams
  • Maintain high -performance standards in fast -paced environments
  • Serve as the operational counterpart to ownership and investors
