Why This Role Excites As the organization continues to scale, we are looking to hire Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a strategic thought partner and operational extension of the CEO, helping translate vision into action across the organization. In this health and wellness environment, this role is critical to aligning people, priorities, and processes while preserving the company’s mission, culture, and commitment to wellbeing. The CoS ensures the CEO’s time and focus are used effectively, drives cross-functional execution, and supports leadership accountability—allowing the organization to scale thoughtfully and sustainably. What You’ll Do Partner with the CEO to define, track, and execute strategic priorities and company-wide initiatives Translate high-level goals into actionable plans with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and proactively identify risks or blockers Drive cross-functional coordination between teams (e.g., operations, clinical/wellness services, HR, finance, marketing) Improve internal workflows, decision-making processes, and communication rhythms Lead special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO Support leadership team effectiveness through meeting facilitation, follow-up, and accountability Help ensure people practices and internal operations align with the company’s mission Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and internal communications Ensure clarity and consistency in messaging across the organization Track KPIs, organizational health metrics, and operational performance Synthesize information across departments to support informed decision-making

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, executive support, leadership, or a related field
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership or founders
  • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, people operations, and change management
  • Experience in health, wellness, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence and discretion
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Systems thinker with a bias toward action
  • Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with iOs/Mac technology
