As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will work directly with Brian and the global Senior Management Team to drive strategic initiatives, accelerate execution, and ensure alignment across the organization. You will act as a force multiplier—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to the company’s most important priorities. This is not an administrative role. It is a strategic, facilitative leadership position requiring intellectual rigor, strong judgment, and the ability to move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
