About The Position

Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed AI company building foundational infrastructure to enable trust in AI systems. Their platform focuses on evaluating, certifying, and insuring AI technologies—helping enterprises confidently adopt and scale AI solutions. Backed by leading investors and founded by experienced operators with deep ties to the AI ecosystem, the company is working with cutting-edge AI startups and large enterprises at the forefront of innovation. With strong early traction and ambitious growth plans, they are building a category-defining company in a rapidly evolving space. What You Will Do Act as a strategic partner to the co-founder, operating as a “mini-COO” to drive execution across the business Own and improve internal operations, including decision-making processes, communication flows, and organizational efficiency Represent leadership in key internal and external meetings, including customer and partner discussions Lead high-impact strategic initiatives such as partnerships, vendor selection, and go-to-market execution Build and scale operational systems across sales, hiring, pipeline management, and performance tracking Work closely with the commercial team (primary focus) and support product initiatives as needed Help design and execute go-to-market strategies, including partner-led growth motions Take increasing ownership of business operations, with a clear path toward leadership roles such as COO or CRO

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in high-performance environments such as top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or similar roles
  • Demonstrated track record of rapid career progression and strong performance
  • Experience working in or closely with early-stage startups
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a bias toward execution, not just strategy
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including executives at large enterprises
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in AI, technology, or high-growth startup environments
  • Background combining consulting and operating experience
  • Exposure to go-to-market strategy, partnerships, or revenue operations
  • Demonstrated interest in building and scaling companies from early stages
