About The Position

As Chief of Staff, you will help drive the work that strengthens early childhood systems for children and families across our community. You will partner closely with the CEO to keep key priorities moving, support collaboration across senior leaders, and ensure the organization stays aligned and focused on what matters most.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and several years of experience supporting senior executives or leading strategic, cross functional work — ideally in education, human services, or consulting.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights that support strong decisions.
• A collaborative leadership style that builds trust, strengthens teamwork, and helps align people around shared goals.
• Comfort navigating both big picture strategy and hands-on execution, using tools and systems to keep initiatives on track and communication flowing.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Help the CEO stay focused on key priorities by organizing initiatives, managing projects, and keeping work moving smoothly.
• Prepare briefings, materials, and messages that support clear, consistent communication with staff, leaders, and external partners.
• Coordinate next steps on major decisions to ensure strong follow-through and alignment across teams.
• Support organizational transitions by sharing information, planning for continuity, and helping teams navigate change.
• Strengthen collaboration among senior leaders by connecting people, improving communication flow, and reinforcing our culture and mission.
