About The Position

Join Infineon's Power and Sensor Systems (PSS) Division as a strategic thought partner in a high impact Chief of Staff role. You will work closely with Business Line (BL) Heads to shape and execute key business strategies, implement rebust governance frameworks, and drive planning processes through the BL Project Office. In your new role you will: Assist BL head in shaping business strategy which includes Long range planning, investment decisions, portfolio management, product positioning, industry campaigns, partnerships with customers and suppliers. Conduct market research, review analyst reports, be on top of new trends in Powering AI, attend industry trade shows, review earnings reports and make recommendations. Track milestones, make invest vs buy decisions, assist in making go-no-go decisions. Assist in formalizing the strategy, socializing of these ideas across the division and central function stakeholders to make these initiatives successful. Institute robust governance structures for smooth running of the business Assist Business Line Head in management tasks, particularly acting as extension in meetings as well as cross-functional projects. Shape & deploy BL strategic priorities. Provide clarification and issue resolution/escalation in support of BL staff. Foster lean management with effective and efficient reporting structure Run BL Accelerator Support incubation of new initiatives in Powering AI and bring it to the level that they are formalized as a project in the Infineon product development flow. These initiatives require working closely with small team of subject matter experts (SMEs) both internal to BL as well as support functions in device technology, packaging, OSAT, for fast ideation, proof of concepts by bringing structure and high level of accountability to these initiatives and making recommendations to the business line head on resourcing/IP needs/partnerships with key stakeholders both internal and external to the organization. Drive planning processes through BL project office – this includes Annual business planning, quarterly performance reviews, quarterly strategy offsites, head count planning. Inspiring operational excellence by defining and communicating processes and best practices. Preparation of executive material Create and develop customer presentations, presentation for the division and company board reviews, fine tune business line strategy, help in storytelling. Support the Business Line Management in organizational design along extensive growth, improve effectiveness, and efficiency; permanently drive optimization of the team infrastructure to timely execute strategies, operational measures, and special projects.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree with management consulting background focused on technology and an MBA from a top tier school.
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of technology or management/strategy consulting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and manage time well.
  • Be a fast learner with great communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and a solution-oriented mindset is a must-have.
  • High sense of responsibility in getting the work done by making it easy for the stakeholders to work with.
  • Skilled in influencing without authority, handling pressure and being comfortable with uncertainty.
  • Ability to work under strict timelines.
