The role You’ll be the force multiplier for the founders — embedding across strategy, operations, recruiting, and special projects. One week, you’re mapping the company’s OKRs into execution plans. The next, you’re hiring critical roles, fixing a broken process, or helping shape the next fundraising narrative. This isn’t a “chief of staff” role in name only. It’s true ownership. You’ll touch every part of the business, drive decisions forward, and ensure nothing important falls through the cracks.
