About The Position

As our Chief of Staff, you will work closely with senior leadership to help the organization operate more effectively as it grows. This role is focused on improving execution, decision-making, and alignment across the business—especially in situations where priorities are evolving, ownership is shared, or clarity is still forming. You will support leadership by helping translate direction into action, driving follow-through on key initiatives, and improving how information, decisions, and work move through the organization. This role is critical in helping leaders stay focused on the most important priorities while ensuring momentum doesn’t stall. This is a high-trust role with exposure to leadership decision-making and organizational priorities. Success requires judgment, follow-through, and the ability to operate effectively behind the scenes. For the right person, this role offers significant growth and the opportunity to take on broader operational responsibility over time.

Requirements

  • Experience working closely with senior leaders in an operational, strategic, or cross-functional role
  • Background in operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or similar environments
  • Familiarity with profit and loss (P&L) statements and the ability to use financial data to inform prioritization and decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written communication skills (briefs, summaries, planning documents)
  • Specific titles matter less than demonstrated experience operating in complex, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to help translate priorities into clear initiatives and next steps
  • Track progress on high-priority work and ensure follow-through across teams
  • Identify where initiatives are slowing or stalling and help move them forward
  • Support leaders in staying focused on the most important work
  • Help prepare leaders for key decisions by organizing context, options, and tradeoffs
  • Clarify decision ownership and ensure decisions lead to action
  • Document key decisions and ensure alignment across teams
  • Support planning cycles, goal setting, and prioritization efforts
  • Help improve alignment across teams with competing priorities
  • Ensure information flows clearly and consistently across the organization
  • Support leadership meetings by helping with preparation, structure, and follow-up
  • Act as a connector between teams to reduce friction and misalignment
  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives that do not clearly belong to one team
  • Step into ambiguous problems and help define the path forward
  • Build or refine lightweight processes to improve execution and clarity
  • Support change initiatives as the organization evolves
