Chief of Staff We’re looking for a no-nonsense Chief of Staff who can operate at the CEO level, impose structure, and drive execution in a fast-moving company. The Role As Chief of Staff, you are the CEO’s execution partner. You turn strategy into action, drive cross-functional work to completion, and ensure the company moves fast on the things that matter. You spot gaps, create structure, and push work forward. You’ll work closely with a CEO who values clarity, rigor, direct communication, and follow-through. This role requires comfort with high standards, clear feedback, and decisive execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Chief of Staff, operations, strategy, consulting, investment, or similar roles
  • Strong operator mindset: you execute, not just advise
  • Excellent judgment and prioritization — you know what matters and what doesn’t
  • Clear, direct communicator who thrives in structured, high-expectation environments
  • High ownership, high agency, and a strong bias toward action
  • Comfortable working with senior executives and holding teams accountable
  • Thrives in fast-moving, early-stage or scale-up environments

Responsibilities

  • Drive Execution Take ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans
  • Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end (new initiatives, strategic projects, operational fixes)
  • Track progress, surface blockers early, and ensure follow-through across teams
  • Run the Operating Cadence Establish and run leadership meetings, OKRs, reviews, and planning cycles
  • Set agendas, prepare pre-reads, document decisions, and drive next steps
  • Create structure where none exists and simplify where things are overcomplicated
  • Align the Organization Act as the connective tissue between the CEO and the leadership team
  • Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and ownership
  • Reduce friction, eliminate redundancy, and enforce clarity
  • Support CEO Effectiveness Protect the CEO’s time by filtering noise and prioritizing high-impact work
  • Prepare decision briefs, analyses, and recommendations
  • Push back when needed, flag risks early, and keep execution honest
  • Company-Building Support leadership offsites, internal communications, and culture-setting
  • Help with critical hires, org design questions, and scaling processes
  • Contribute to investor materials, strategic partnerships, and board prep as needed
