Microsoft Advertising is seeking a Chief-of-Staff who serves as a strategic, trusted advisor to the CVP and Leadership Team. The CoS amplifies leadership impact, ensures the business runs effectively, and orchestrates cross‑functional alignment in a fast‑paced, highly dynamic environment. This role blends strategy, operations, communications, culture, and “air‑traffic control” to ensure the org operates as one unified, high‑performing team. The ideal candidate is able to effectively context switch, always pivoting broadly across a number of connected and disconnected workstreams. You serve as the gateway into MAI and represent MSA in a number of critical ways; it’s important you understand the business deeply and can advocate for the needs of MSA across a variety of topics – resourcing, space, communication, employee award programs, recruiting, etc. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
