About The Position

This role owns HR, hiring, and talent operations , while supporting the CEO across priorities, execution, and internal coordination. You’ll help build the team and keep the company moving fast and aligned.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years in operations, HR, recruiting, or chief of staff–type roles
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable handling sensitive people and company matters
  • In-person, high-trust operator mindset

  • Startup experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, policies, compliance
  • Run hiring and talent acquisition end-to-end
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and candidate experience
  • Support the CEO with planning, follow-ups, and execution
  • Track company priorities and internal initiatives
  • Improve internal processes as the team scales
  • Act as a connective layer across teams
