About The Position
This role owns HR, hiring, and talent operations , while supporting the CEO across priorities, execution, and internal coordination. You’ll help build the team and keep the company moving fast and aligned.
Requirements
- 2–6 years in operations, HR, recruiting, or chief of staff–type roles
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable handling sensitive people and company matters
- In-person, high-trust operator mindset

Responsibilities
- Own HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, policies, compliance
- Run hiring and talent acquisition end-to-end
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and candidate experience
- Support the CEO with planning, follow-ups, and execution
- Track company priorities and internal initiatives
- Improve internal processes as the team scales
- Act as a connective layer across teams
