If you want to do work that matters, with people who care about getting it right, Bodily is that place. We're hiring a Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to the CEO and executive team. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role at the center of Bodily's most important strategic and operational work — not a coordination or scheduling role. You will be the CEO's primary thought partner on the most consequential questions facing the business: financial analysis and modeling, board and investor communications, cross-functional problem solving, strategic initiatives, and organizational execution. You will own workstreams end-to-end, influence outcomes across every function, and have the opportunity to manage 1–2 direct reports as the team grows. This role is designed for someone with a rigorous finance and investment foundation — private equity, investment banking, or both — who has made a deliberate move into an operating environment and is ready to go deep inside a growth-stage consumer brand. You will see and touch more of the business here than in almost any other role at this stage. This role reports directly to the CEO, a former Goldman Sachs and PE investor who served as CFO before becoming CEO. She thinks analytically, moves fast, and has high standards — and will be an active mentor and collaborator to the right person. Chief of Staff roles at growth-stage companies are rare in their breadth. You will be present for and contributing to nearly every major decision the company makes. The scope expands quickly as you demonstrate judgment.
