About The Position
Blue Yonder is a global leader in digital supply chain transformation, leveraging state-of-the-art AI solutions to drive efficiency, agility, and resilience in supply chain operations. We ensure our customers are prepared to meet the dynamic demands of today's market with innovative technologies that provide comprehensive visibility and actionable insights. Will serve as a crucial bridge between the Japan team (Panasonic Connect) and the U.S. (Blue Yonder) development division. This role involves aligning project requirements, managing project progress, and leading development milestones for the Cognitive Integration Generator (CIG) project. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in the Scrum framework, and a collaborative approach to project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience with end-to-end testing and automation scripting
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks like React
- Knowledge of data mapping and entity integration principles
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the Japan team (Panasonic Connect) and the U.S. (Blue Yonder) development division to ensure alignment on project requirements and manage overall project progress.
- Plan and manage development milestones for the Cognitive Integration Generator (CIG) project, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Define design principles for key CIG functionalities, including Data Mapping Automation and Entity Integration.
- Lead sprint operations under the Scrum framework with development teams in Japan and India, including end-to-end test planning and reviewing the quality of automation scripts.
- Collaborate with the GUI development team (React-based) to design and implement user experience improvements for upcoming feature enhancements.
- Coordinate with Panasonic Connect members and other project teams to optimize project scope, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
