Valiant Residential is searching for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with the President/CEO in advancing the company’s most critical priorities. This role is designed for a forward-thinking professional who can translate vision into execution, drive complex projects across multiple business lines, and ensure the organization remains aligned around growth. The Chief of Staff will manage high-visibility initiatives that range from launching new ventures to decoupling existing operations, while also serving as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO.
