What to to Expect We’re hiring a full-time Chief of Staff to join us on-site in Berkeley, CA. This role will scale with the company and initially includes supporting business development efforts, leading project development and execution, driving hiring and recruiting initiatives, and overseeing internal operations. A large part of the job will also involve talking to constituents as well as writing professional emails and proposals so strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Previous founder, chief of staff, or startup operations role
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• "High beat rate" meaning you rocket through to do lists
• Strong organizational ability
• U.S. permanent resident
