Role Overview The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a senior individual contributor role that works directly with the CEO on the companyâs highest-priority initiatives. This is a demanding, fast-paced position requiring strong judgment, a high degree of ownership, flexibility, and excellent emotional intelligence. The Chief of Staff serves as a thought partner to the CEO, helping turn strategy into action by driving execution, improving operating rigor, and aligning leaders across the organization as the company scales. The role spans strategy, operations, project management, and executive communications, and provides broad exposure to how the business is run. This role is designed as a launchpad into future business leadership at Terawatt. The Chief of Staff will develop deep context across the company, work closely with senior leaders and the Board, and build the skills and perspective needed for broader operational or general management responsibility over time.
