Waynesburg Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinarian with strong leadership qualities to step into a Chief of Staff role at our well-respected, full-service practice in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Requirements
- A seasoned veterinarian with strong clinical and surgical skills
- Passionate about mentoring and developing others
- Comfortable making medical decisions and providing strategic direction
- Interested in helping grow a thriving community practice
Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical leader and mentor to associate veterinarians and support staff
- Oversee the medical quality of the hospital
- Collaborate with hospital management on business and operational decisions
- Help develop and implement protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
- Continue practicing veterinary medicine with a reduced caseload to balance leadership duties
